Evaluation Question 1.

Before we started filming as a group at our locations for inspiration and to further our knowledge we watched many film intros in order to know the compulsories needed to be included. A quality in all film openings was the fact that they gave very little away, this is to intrigue the audience so they keep watching.  Other factors that keep the audience watching are things such as including famous celebrity actor names in the opening credits. The obligatory things needed in the opening are trademark names and logos of all companies, credits for directors and producers as well as the top billing cast.

As you can see here we followed the traditional opening style, we did this because we thought our plot for the intro was complex enough. We opened with the Production Company and studio.
(Main Actor: Ali Habib)
(Music Composer myself : Mohammed Bakkar)
We then went on to Credit the costume designer, casting manager, film editor, set design, creative director, executive producer as well at the title of our film ‘Lucifers Disciple.

Here is the opening sequence of the film ‘Wall-E’ and as you can see very similar to our film they opened with the production company Pixar and Walt Disney Pictures.
A way in which our intro challenges the norm conventions of film openings is we left the film title till the end of the opening sequence This is because the title gives away a lot with our character being a devil worshiper and the title being ‘Lucifer’s Disciple’ it would of left the audience asking less questions
