Our task was to create Preliminary video which had to include; 180degree shots, over the shoulder shots, a small bit of dialogue and some match cuts.
Our video ended being a crime thriller and was about a man meeting a detective about the case of his missing son. The father ended up shooting the detective dead.
Even though we didn't get to add a title sequence or sound to our prelim video, I think compared to our previous attempt at filming a scene, this one was definitely 10 times better. Our grasp on continuing had improved and our match cuts were almost perfect.
As a result, I think our video came out successfully, of course if a title sequence and sound was added onto it, it would have been much better.
